1. Does it agree with the bible?

2. What would Jesus do?
Does this idea make me more like christ?
Fruit of the spirit..?
4. James 3: any idea motivated by bitterness & envy, selfish ambition, fr devil, 
God fr thot , wisdom of God is pure, peace-loving, promote harmony not conflict, considerate, submissive (humble/teachable/allow some-other to chk it out-what u guys think abt this?)  full of mercy (more gracious and forgiving), sincere. V easy to critise and mature

3. Does my church family confirm it? 
Are u resistance to tell other ppl out?
ask Mature believers. 

4. Is it consistent with how God shaped for.

Eph 2:10 we are God w/manship, in Christ Jesus, to do good works
- Your Shape determine your purpose in your life. He gv talent for us to use for his glory.
- What u good at is what u good at in your life. 
Roman 12:6 God has gvn us the ability to do things well...Ask what is I good at?
What u love doesnt mean u shld do. Eg I love to sing but ppl dont like to hear.
If u do what u good at, ppl will say u good at it.

5. Does it concern ur responsiblity?
Is that concern you? John 21:22 dont try to figure other ppl life.
WITTY principal : WHAT IS IT TO YOU? Try to be God or HS to somebody else.
You work on you. Dont be judgemental.
When God speak to me.....I need to listen for ME! My situation, 
romans !4:4 who are u to judge someelse servant. U can pick on her.
PPl may said, God told me...why not God tell me....you are not the HS. 
Be careful.
If God give u a word for someone else.
1. Be Patient and pray, gv them a chance for God to speak to them directly.
Pray for them to be receptive. God can use another person to confirm
2. God uses us w/o us being conscious of it. we dont even know God speak to them thru us or to us thru them. It hit us and the person dont even knows/aware of it.
Romans 14:10,13 we be judged not by each other standard...

6. Is it convicting rather than condemning?
Exposes what's wrong "this needs to change"
Attacks your value "You're worthless"
