Matthew 6:33

anxiety - eg going out

worry about ourselves but also others, u dont feel u r in control.

anxiety gotta do with others ppl.anxious to do something in your own strength, not sure when to do it...if not open overcome, it will lead to fear.

let see how to overcome anxiety (emotional & mental).

Bible said......

X be anxious, anxious abt nothing

God wants us to be free, to go out w/o anxious.

How not?

everything by prayer and supplications (also prayer, but speak about our posture, our kneeling, lifting up our hands, humble posture...that we need God, "depended" on God not others.

Bring everything to God before bringing to man

Philippians 4:2-7 New International Version (NIV)

2 I plead with Euodia and I plead with Syntyche to be of the same mind in the Lord. 3 Yes, and I ask you, my true companion, help these women since they have contended at my side in the cause of the gospel, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers, whose names are in the book of life.

Final Exhortations

4 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

by praying n supplication with tksgiving....... and praise, ur eyes in on God not ur situation.....and ur request be made known to God why request?? (becoz involve other ppl). Tell him!! & finally the peace of God will guard ur heart in christ Jesus. to overcome we need the peace of God.

Stay at home forever is not living. Be wise and responsible, sometimes with all the precaution, still no peace. Problem is that lack of peace. God will gv us this peace...and guard our heart & mind (emotional & mental).

He believe in resurrection of the body
Genesis 22:5 tell servant we will come bck after praying.
He has hope in God. Pass test faith (sacrifice his son) n hope (only son)

Ask what’s our greatest possession?
Isaac
Most of us love creation than creator.
“Idolatry”
God must always be in “1st place”
