...? How much time? Compare to tv.
Spiritual disease is spiritual laziness.

What's the result produced?
1️⃣We acknowledge God in v special way (sit n ponder) our source
2️⃣We give him our rightful place, His sovereignty
3️⃣acknowledged the dependant of Him.
