Ps Prince's classic sermon on Holy Comm. He listed a few benefits of Holy Comm:
1) Bring life to all areas of your body (brain included)
2) helps you to think more creatively
3) helps you to remember things
4) makes you look younger
5) brings prosperity into your life
6) unleashes God's blessings & reverses the curse of sin
7) turns your situation around because it is the covenant feast
