Hi all here is my recipe for dumplings and the dumplings skin
Filling
Mincemeat 840g
Salt 2 tsp
Kneading 3 min
Fine sugar 1tsp
Soy sauce 4cc
Zhong Xin Wine 60cc
Water 100cc
Mixing 20 sec speed 3
Pork lard 360g
White pepper 2 tsp
Ginger (chopped fine) 30g
Green Onions 40g
Sesame oil 4 tsp
Mix well 10sec sp 3
Dumplings skin
150g plain flour
90g water
1/2 tsp salt
Kneading for 3min
After that take out and let the dough rest about 1/2 hrs
