Saying bad about ppl (feel good), law of diminishing return.
Love the taste but hate the outcome.

HABIT 1

I re-set my heart.
Train your brain to hate it, hate waste.

HABIT 2
***Know where to hide
Emotional state. U r my hiding place, my shield.
Hide in the shadow of the almighty.
I hope in your word (psalm)
Run to his songs...
Not cave (seems safe, eg Elijah)
Not blame (his hiding place)

Must know where to hide

***Know how to hope

Is a way of living
