DAVID live a purpose driven life

Psalm 70:71 God has been his father, disciplined him. Father child relationship. 

David hold on to God promise for his eternal kingdom.

I CHP DAVID DECLARED SOLOMON KING NOT ADONIJAH

Adonijah a strong will child, “I will be the king” took matter into his own hands and announce his kingship.

David Announced & Blow trumpet  that Solomon is The king.

God will cannot be superseded by anyone. Trusting to God promises bring praise and glory to God 

PRINCIPLE 1 

Surrender acknowledges God’s majestic, unstoppable plans.

Psalms 37:4

He will make your desire, those desire must be purposeful for his glory.

II CHP 2 KING SOLOMON ESTABLISH HOS KINGDOM

What a purpose driven life?

It’s Doing God will with a purpose of giving God praise and glory.

What is the Principal of Giving?

1st : give your heart 💔 

CHP 29 all that he recd is for his praise and glory. 

**David tell Solomon put God first**

Summary 

Adonijah given 2nd chance but ask for Abisha, was killed.

Shimei given 2nd chance, executed for not follow Solomon instruction

All act of justice not vengeance.

No repentance and act of payment 

PRINCIPLE 11

Refusing to trust God in difficulties brings additional pain. 

Psalm 71:18, 14

As for me, I will always have hope;
