Romans 8: 

1. Everything worked out for good for those who loves him
2. predestined - conformed to the image of Jesus, he justified us, He glorified
3. More than conquerers
4. God didnt spare his son, graciously give
5. Who can separate us from God's love. (that is in Jesus christ)

VISION:

We are inspired by God to become strong excellent and dynamic church (leader/cell) who can influence the nation, impart generations (families)

excelent leader do regarless of title, empowerment driven, build team.

empower = roles focus, gvn some authority, feedback, see serving as disciping vs delegation, task focus, told what to do, dont see important of feedback, serving only.

WE MUST HAVE HUMILITY AND TEACHABLE!
